ABOUT
We have loved the Wells/Ogunquit area for decades and have been enjoying family vacations here our whole lives. We even loved riding the trolleys back and forth as teenagers in order to explore this special place. Because of this, it only made sense that we continue the tradition of spending time around here with our own kids. Even though our three children are grown and are recent college graduates, the ocean still calls, as this area of Maine holds a place in all of our hearts.
In 2020, we purchased our home in Wells as well as the Omelette Factory restaurant in Ogunquit as a way to stay involved in the local community. We have made it a goal to invest in a few local homes to offer a premier experience to those who are visiting. It is so important to us that we share the magic of the Southern Maine coast and all it has to offer. We look forward to getting to know you and loved ones too. We hope that you all will fall in love with this region as much as we have!

When you stay at "Atlantic Blue" or "The Sandbox," the beach is just a few steps away, and it is just a 10 minute walk to the beach from "Sunny Side Stay!"

In-unit laundry is provided at all of our rentals.
Breakfast
When you stay at "Sunny Side Stay" you can walk only a few steps to "The Omelette Factory" for an amazing breakfast!
Kayaks
Being located between the marsh and ocean at "Atlantic Blue," we also have 3 kayaks available for a small additional fee for a fun family activity!

THINGS TO DO IN OGUNQUIT
Marginal Way
This is a walkway that follows around the waterfront overlooking Ogunquit Beach, one way is 1.25 miles and has several beaches to stop and enjoy the view.
Ogunquit Beach
Over 3 miles of coastline to catch some water and sun! With small beach shops at the entrance, ice cream and restrooms it is an ideal place to relax.
Ogunquit Playhouse
The famous theater offers several shows through the summer/early fall. Productions are professional and top notch!
Footbridge Beach
A quieter beach with a wooden walkway to the sandy beach and restrooms here as well.
Perkins Cove
A cluster of New England type shops and restaurants arising from a Maine fishing village. Lots of yummy seafood, access to the Marginal Way and souvenirs.
Wonder Mountain Fun Park
Mini golf, a maze, go carts, and indoor arcade!

A long, walkable stretch of beach that connects Wells Beach to Ogunquit Beach.
Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve
This is a marsh and estuary with a mile long trail through it including lookout points with benches. Great for a peaceful walk or birdwatching.
Wells Plaza
Features Hannaford grocery store, Reny's, a local department store for all of your needs, pizza and bakeries, and the Flagship Premium Cinema for those rainy days (boo!)
Wells Corner Shopping Center
IGA grocery offers a smaller, typically less crowded shopping experience, Las Olas Taqueria, Dairy Queen, and a pizza restaurant.

Wells Reserve at Laudholm
This place has 7 miles of trails. These trails travel all terrain-beach, salt, marsh, fields, and forests. Enjoyed by many including walkers, runners, photographers, history enthusiasts, and artists. The reserve offers hundreds of educational opportunities for all ages along with guided walks, lectures and workshops. They host a craft fair the weekend after Labor Day every year as one of their fundraisers for research.

Kennebunkport is the neighboring town to Wells. Christmas Prelude, with Santa arriving by lobster boat is an annual family favorite. These are activities and events all week and fun for everyone.
Christmas by the Sea in Ogunquit
Always a memorable weekend. Family activities include a tree lighting, parade, bonfire, and craft fair.
